the Suite on the ground floor with 100m² and the expanded Loft under the roof with about 40m².

Here we offer you cleanliness, tranquility, relaxation and a discreet environment. The house is located right in the middle of an enclosed garden and conveniently located between the A40 and A42, take the S-Bahn stations and stops of public transport are all in walking distance.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house and for overnight guests on a private enclosed Parking on the property. A supermarket with a bakery and a kiosk can be reached in about 2 min by foot, several delivery services are available as brochures in the Apartments. Hygiene items, bed linen, towels, as well as a Minibar and hot drinks are included.
